Taste of Heaven

I named this Taste of Heaven when I was in First Grade.  It is my favorite meal in the world.  It is so easy I can make it.  Well, I help, but if I needed I could make it all on my own.  I just don't like cutting up onion.
 You need:
1 Medium Onion
2-3 Bell Peppers
Pineapples in Pineapple Juice
Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
Terriyaki Chicken or Chicken Breasts Soaked in Teriyaki Sauce
Soy Sauce

-

Cut onion & peppers into chunks.  Mix with tomatoes, pinapples and pineapple juice and up to a 1/4 cup of soy sauce.  Depends on how much juice you want.  Put into a dutch oven or in foil packet.  I put it in a glass dish.  If we are grilling put them in a foil packet on the grill.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Then cooking the Mixture for 20min.
Continue to cook the Mixture while putting the Chicken in for Its 15min cook time.

Cut up chicken and put into bowls with Mixture and Juice.  If you want you can serve with rice, but we like the juice alone without it.  It is very filling.
I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do.

Please let me know your favorite meal!

Ian, What Does A Chicken Say?

I love this photo frame.  When I was little my mom asked me "What does a chicken say?"  I would always reply "BABABock."  Watch the video to hear my cutie voice.

Mimi, Grams & Grampa OH My!

We drove to Maumelle to see my Great Grandma Grams and my Grandma Mimi and Grandpa.  They had driven up from Columbus Georgia to visit.  We saw Grams for a bit and then it was off to play games and the hotel and then we went to dinner at a great BBQ place called Dickey's.  It was so good.

Football Tribute to 9/11

Our first football game this year was with Greenwood, AR @ SHS.  It was on 9/11, so we did a tribute during the pregame show with both Greenwood Band and SHS Band playing "God Bless America".  During the Half Time Show UCA Band did a tribute to "Sound of Music".  The percussion played with the cheerleaders during 3 quarter then we did a concert for the parents after the game.  We are really pumped about are band and the music we will be producing this year.  Please come see us when you can.  You will be very pleased.  Videos to come later.

First Game of the Year

Our first game was at the Razorback Stadium in NWA.  It was so COOOOOOOOOOOOL!  We played our stand music and our opener.  Alma did a good job, but we did better.  LOL no, we all did great.  I really enjoyed their show.
